USPS considers a package lost in the mail after 30 days for domestic orders and 40 days for international orders. (Go to the post office to inquire, make phone calls to try to hunt it down, etc.) If something goes wrong (the item arrives damaged or never arrives) I am happy to open a claim for you with the post office as all of my items now ship with insurance. If your item is lost in the mail, I will do everything in my power to help hunt it down. Thank you for your understanding in this matter. If you provide a wrong address, you are responsible for shipping costs to the correct address.
